Acai Blend
– 1c frozen blueberries
– 1c frozen dragonfruit, passion fruit, mango mix (or just frozen dragonfruit)
– 1 frozen acai pack
– 1/2c filtered water (more depending on how thawed your frozen items are)
– 1tbsp cacao powder
– 1/2 juiced lemon
Toppings
– 1/2c fresh blueberries
– 1/2 banana
– 2 tbsp cashew butter (or almond or peanut butter)
– 2 tbsp coconut shreds
– handful blackberries
– handful strawberries
– drizzle honey (or vegan honey)

Step-by-Step Instructions.
Step 1.
To begin, wash your fruit and gather other toppings.
Step 2.
Next, add frozen blueberries, frozen fruit mix, acai packet, water, 1tbsp cacao powder, and 1/2 juiced lemon to a blender and blend on med-low for about a minute.
Step 3.
Tranfer the blended dragonfruit acai to a bowl and add on your toppings!
